Returns & Exchanges

At Rapport London, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and luxury presentation boxes intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the item back into its original Rapport London presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
